Deli Style Pizza (also called Cold Pizza) has been a favorite in PA for generations. While it can be baked or warmed just like conventional pizza, it's primary appeal is that it can be stored at room temperature and eaten directly out of the box. Thus it is the ideal after school snack, jobsite lunch, or picnic entrée for the pizza connoisseur. Longo's Deli Pizza uses a blend of hard, sharp cheeses like Parmesan and Romano to achieve a more stable product, and is baked on our thick, soft crust.  The pizza is cut into three inch squares for added convenience.
